Alfa-POS SaaS:

Giving a personal touch to your system is mandatory while adapting a ready solution; Alfa-POS allows you to have in personalized in multiple aspects. Below, you’ll find all the options and instructions to setup your platform:

Path: Login to owner account > on the left navigation bar, click on settings > you’ll find the below options: 

Site settings:

You can personalize the platform layout using site settings. Here are the options you get:

Set a Dark logo – upload file option 

Set a light logo – upload file option 

Set site favicon – upload file option 

Set title text – platform title

Set footer text – the small footer line normally used for mentioning copyright, contact information 

Set default language – you can select the default system language from the list of languages

RTL – Manage accessibility of RTL feature

Landing Page – you can enable/ disable the landing page on your platform 

GDPR Cookie – you can enable/ disable the GDPR cookies warning option

Theme customizer – set the color options for the theme

Dark layout – Enable/ Disable 

Sidebar layout – Manage   

System settings we offer:

Currency – USD, INR, AED, etc. (set per the three-letter ISO code)

Currency Symbol – $, £, etc. (set per the default currency you wish to have on the platform)

Currency Symbol position – you can select if you want the currency symbol placed before or after the number ($xxx or xxx$). 

Date Format – you can choose the way you wish the dates to be presented on platform (DD – MM – YYYY or MM – DD – YYYY or Date, Month, year) 

Time Format – you can select if you wish to have 12 hours format or 24 hours format

Invoice Prefix – here you can set how you’d like to start your invoice number [Example: ___12345 > IND12345]

Proposal Prefix – here you can set how you’d like to start your proposal ID [Example: ___56784 > WDP56784]

Vendor Prefix – here you can set how you’d like to start your Vendor ID [Example: ___85231 > XYZ85231]

Invoice/ Bill Footer Title – here you can mention closing lines for your invoice [Example: Thanks, Good Luck, Regards]

Decimal Number format – in case of any calculations resulting in a decimal number, you can set the number of digits to be displayed after the decimal point [Example: you enter: 3 > 24533.555]

Journal Prefix – 

App Site URL – here you can enter the application URL 

Tracking Interval – here you can mention the duration for capturing the screen of end-users for tracking their time and work. 

Shipping display in Proposal/ Invoice/ Bill – enabling/ disabling this option will show/ remove the address mentioned in Proposal/ Invoice/ Bill. 

Invoice footer notes – here you can mention the notes that you wish to have at the end of invoice  [Example: No refund possible, ‘any guidelines’, etc.]

Save changes – once any of the above fields are managed, you can save your edits from here. 

Company settings we offer: 

Company Name – here, you can enter the company name you wish to see you your dashboard 

Address – you can set the company address you wish to display on the platform

City – you can set the city you are located in

State – you can set the state that you are located in

Zip/ Post Code – you can set the zip/ post code of your location

Country – you can set the country that you are located in

Telephone – you can set the contact number that you are located in

System Email – you can set the default system email address

Email (From Name) – you can set your personal email ID

Company Registration number – you can set the company registration number

Select & Enter VAT/ GST number – you can set your VAT/ GST number 

Time zone – you can set the time zone of the place you are located in for showing the time 

Company Start Time – you can set the company start time

Company End Time – you can set the company end time

Save changes – once any of the above fields are managed, you can save your edits from here.
